Lot Information

Southern Region

R&M and Voids Maintenance Services, Cyclical and Planned Component Replacement to be carried out in south west Scotland. Specific locations are Annan, Dumfries, Kirkconnell, Lincluden and Stranraer.

Renewal: The MTCA will be for a 3 year period with the option to extend for 2 x single 1 year periods solely at KHA discretion.

Highland Region

R&M and Voids Maintenance Services, Cyclical and Planned Component Replacement to be carried out in Highland area of Scotland. Specific locations are Alness, Fort William, Golspie, Invergordon, Inverness(Madras Court), Inverness (Montague Row), Nairn and Thurso.

Renewal: The MTCA will be for a 3 year period with the option to extend for 2 x single 1 year periods solely at KHA discretion.

Central North Region
