Central North Region

Specified locations are Dunoon, Helensburgh, Sauchie, Kirkintilloch, Milngavie(Clober Road), Milngavie(Claremont Drive), Camelon, Falkirk, Laurieston, Stenhousemuir, Bellshill, Coatbridge, Cumbernauld, Erskine, Paisley, Renfrew, Stirling, St Ninians, Easterhouse and Clydebank.

Central South Region

R&M and Voids Maintenance Services, Cyclical and Planned Component Replacement to be carried out in Central Scotland and South of Glasgow. Specific locations are Kilmarnock, Budhill, Maryhill(Burnbank Road), Maryhill (Garscube Road), Garnethill, Ibrox, Linthouse, Nitshill. Riddrie, Gourock, Greenock, Ardrossan, Elderslie, East Kilbride, Hamilton, Lanark, Lesmahagow, Rutherglen and Shawlands.

Renewal: The MTCA will be for a 3 year period with the option to extend for 2 x single 1 year periods solely at KHA discretion.
