At present an exemption is in place from the regulation, and the anticipated sunset date for full implementation is expected to be by the end of 2024. As this date is within the period of the initial contract period (01 March 2022 - 28 Feb 2029) SNBTS require to agree a mechanism for review of any potential price increase as a result of this.
