Notice Description

Port of Leith Housing Association wishes to procure a Fire Safety Equipment Maintenance Contract with a selected Maintenance Contractor for their stock throughout Edinburgh.

Lot Information

Lot 1

The Association has circa 3,000 properties in North Edinburgh, some of which have a variety of Fire Safety Equipment installed. The Association wishes to appoint a single contractor to undertake a planned preventative maintenance regime for this equipment, to comply with current and future regulations. Including: dry riser, emergency lighting systems, fire alarm and detectors systems, fire extinguishers and fire blankets, smoke vent systems, sprinkler systems.

Renewal: Port of Leith Housing Association may consider extension of Contract for two 1 year extensions
