The City of Edinburgh Council intends to set up a framework for the delivery of specialised print products/processes, such as: - Foil Blocking; - Forme Cutting; - UV Varnishing; - Bespoke Envelopes; - Corrugated Signage; - Specialist materials and equipment; and - Bespoke stationery products. In order to test market interest the City of Edinburgh Council is seeking notes of interest from organisations who have the capacity to deliver some or all of these services. Organisations may be contacted to discuss the Council's requirements prior to a formal tender process which is expected to take place in spring 2021.
