Notice Description
This is a call-off contract from the Data Protection Services Framework (OJEU Ref Number 2020/S 170-412562.) This contract commenced on 18 January 2021 for an initial period of 12 months, with HIE having the option to extend the call-off contract for another 12 months. The total value of procurement reflects the 1+1 year maximum value. The supplier will adopt the role of the Data Protection Officer as specified in the Data Protection regulations and in support of Data Protection Act (2018), monitor non-compliance of legislative and regulatory obligations and inform and advise on Data Protection obligations.
