North Ayrshire Council require a contractor to inspect and service movable partitions across All relevant non-housing properties within the North Ayrshire Council area, including the Islands of Arran and Cumbrae. The work will include but not be limited to the following: This includes but is not limited to:- - The annual inspection, servicing and reporting on the condition of Moveable Partitions and Screens in various Non-Housing properties within North Ayrshire all as described in the Preambles and Schedule of Rates - Defects reporting and costing. - Reactive and emergency repairs. The resultant contract will be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend by up to 36 months dependant on budget and satisfactory performance.
