Notice Description

The Change Function within Police Scotland regularly have the requirement for additional temporary resource employed on a fixed term or daily charge rate to support business critical projects and transformation needs, usually at short notice. These temporary roles will be to cover areas where the Change Function do not have sufficient capacity or capability to meet the relevant project / business requirement. The temporary resources will primarily be Project Managers(PM), Business Analysts(BA) and PMO resources, PM and BA's will be required on a project by project basis across multiple skill sets and PMO resources will be where a specific activity is required to be undertaken or alternatively where we are unable to fulfil these roles through alternative channels. The intention is to appoint a single supplier on a managed service / master vendor basis to facilitate the resources and continuity of temporary staff provision.
