These are web portals where all stakeholders have access to the systems which are controlled by AiB. BASYS is used to manage bankruptcy cases including those administered by Private Trustees, the AiB as Trustee and Providers acting on AiB's behalf. Protected Trust Deeds (PTDs) are administered by Trustees using ASTRA whilst DAS cases are managed through the eDEN system. Throughout 2020 various AiB IT system changes had to be made at short notice to accommodate emergency legislation amendments in relation to COVID-19. This has impacted the capacity of AiB to fully establish the IT development requirements going forward and retender the contract at this time. This modification will ensure continuity of essential system development and allow AiB to complete the procurement process and transition to a new contract."
