Notice Description

Following growth through stock transfer and new build development Tollcross Housing Association currently has 2296 owned properties in a mix of pre and post war and new builds tenements and a range of post war four in a block, semi-detached and terraced houses and is factor to 500 owned properties. The Association now wishes to put in place a 3 year landscape maintenance contract, with the option for a further 2 years (+1,+1), subject to satisfactory Contractor performance and agreement by both parties. The Open Space landscape maintenance works will address the tenemental properties and associated open spaces owned and managed by the Association, as shown on the landscape drawings, included within the tender documents. The works in this contract comprise the upkeep and regular maintenance of open space areas of the various sites listed in the Bill of Quantities to keep them in a neat and tidy condition to promote and control growth and to carry out work of a similar nature to other sites in the district as may be added by written instruction during the contract period.
