Maryhill Housing Association Ltd wishes to contract with a single main contractor who will undertake their void works programme.

Lot Information

Lot 1

To carry out Void works to properties at various locations within Maryhill Housing Association's stock. The works are required to properties which become void within the contract areas during the Contract Period. All trades works including (but not limited to), Builder, Joiner, Plumber, Electrical, Plastering, Painting, Glazier, Gas and Cleaning, Energy advice.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: May take up an option to extend the contract until March 2026.
