Notice Title
Creative Employability for Care Experienced Young People
Notice Description
NAC are aware that many of our care experienced young people are experiencing heightened levels of anxiety and/or poor mental health and may be anxious about their life transition. This has been exacerbated by COVID-19 and the impact of lockdown and ongoing restrictions such as social distancing and self-isolation. To support our care experienced young people build resilience and wellbeing post lockdown and to ensure that they are equipped with the confidence skills and confidence to move forward, NAC are exploring the option of providing creative and bespoke employability programmes. These programmes will be tailored to support and engage our care experienced young people who have left school with little/no qualifications, and who will not be prepared or ready to move on to further education or employment, without a period of intensive support to assist them with this transition.
Lot Information
