Notice Description

Replacement of windows and doors and associated decoration and finishings, together with replacement fascias and rainwater goods to a mixture of pre 1919 and post 1980 properties within Port of Leith HA portfolio over a 5-year period.

Lot Information

Lot 1

Port of Leith Housing Association will shortlist suitable contractors from the received SPD submissions. The shortlisted contractors will then have there Tender Quality Questionnaire and Pricing Document assessed on a quality and price basis. It is the intention that the highest combined quality / price scoring contractor will be awarded the contract.

Renewal: It is anticipated that Year 4 and Year 5 works will be undertaken subject to the satisfactory performance of the Contractor over the 3-year period
