Notice Description

Annually, FHG undertake a variety of inspections and repairs to our stock properties. Many of the inspections and repairs identify defects that are caused are identified as being caused by a form of dampness. Our stock has a variety of construction type and a variety of build dates. As such we require to have a pro-active dampness specialist to undertake property surveys, provide reports identifying finding and recommendation, then have the ability to undertake remedial works to rectify the problem.

The requirements of this contract are detailed in the Specification document but in summary the requirements will be the following: -Undertaking property surveys and provide a report highlighting findings relating to the issues identified, the potential cause of the issues, and a plan for any remedial works to rectify. -Provide sound and professional advice to FHG and have strong cost control skills. -Undertake, where approved by our Insurance Loss Adjuster, all fire and flood insurance works. -Manage the remedial works including tenant liaison and have the required trades available to undertake the works identified in your report. -Manage any specialist sub-contractor works that are required. -Sourcing any specialist equipment and managing the install and works required. -Maintaining a good line of communication with FHG throughout any works phases. -Working to all required FHG Policies and Procedures, including GDPR to protect the data of all parties.

Renewal: 2 x 12 month extensions following the completion of the initial 3 year period
