This is a contract award through the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation Goods and Services Framework for Network Connectivity and Telecommunications Solutions (00976) Lot 6 - Communications Services for an integrated Microsoft Direct Routing Solution with Cloud Contact Centre capability. The solution includes Cirrus Response contact centre and CloudUCX to utilise Microsoft Teams for external and internal calls.
Options: The contract value includes the option to extend for a further 3 years. A contingency for adding additional users and to accommodate call changes that are volume based is also required, which could increase the contract value by a further 72000 GBP.
