To ensure unbroken continuity of service of the audio guides, software and web applications, and to ensure that there is minimum impact upon HES resources, it is HES's intention to award a contract to ATS Heritage for a maximum duration of 24 months. The contract will provide some stability for the recovery of our sites owing to the impact of the COVID global pandemic and will also allow HES time to review the future requirements before going back to the marketplace for a new audio guide content and maintenance contract.",
