Orkney Islands Council Marine Services has a requirement for the supply and delivery of 18,000l firefighting foam to Kirkwall, Orkney for utilisation aboard two FiFi class1 tugboats. Foam must have valid International Association of Classification Societies (IACS) Marine Equipment Directive (MED) approval certification, Preferably RINA but any other IACS member i.e., Lloyd's Register, BV, DNVGL will be sufficient.
