The current listed share portfolio comprises of four main holdings, listed on the New York, London, NASDAQ and AIM markets respectively. This proposed framework will encompass the current listed share portfolio and any future listed shares that Scottish Enterprise may own as a result of its investment activities into early stage Scottish private companies.

Renewal: Initial period of the Framework will be for 36 months with the option to extend by 1 period of 12 months.
