Notice Description
Scottish Enterprise wish to put in a framework of two lots to provide coaching support to senior members of the SE team. It is estimated that the framework will start in mid September for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend for an additional 1 year.
Lot Information
Executive Coaching
Scottish Enterprise wish to put in place a framework to provide coaching support to senior members of the SE team. Lot 1 - Executive Coaching - we are looking to provide 1:1 coaching sessions for senior leadership roles within Scottish Enterprise, as and when required, across a variety of areas. We may also have some non-senior roles which will require the same external coaching if the need cannot be met by internal coaches. It is envisaged that we will appoint 3 suppliers to this lot to allow flexibility to match the coach to the individual need. It is anticipated that the Framework will start in mid September for an initial three years with the option to extend for a further 12 months.
Renewal: Contract will be for an initial 36 month duration with the option to extend for a further 12 months
Coaching Skill trainingScottish Enterprise wish to put in place a framework to provide coaching support to senior members of the SE team. Lot 2 - Coaching Skills training - Training sessions in 'coaching skills' to be provided for our group of Senior Leaders (approx. 70 people) to develop their ability to empower their individual teams and increase their potential to lead and be their best. we are seeking a supplier who can provide leaders with the skills/knowledge and self-insight to manage performance, problem solving and career development through a coaching approach delivered through half day group sessions. It is envisaged that we will appoint a single supplier to this lot. It is anticipated that the Framework will start in mid September for an initial three years with the option to extend for a further 12 months.
Renewal: The initial agreement will be for 36 months with the option to extend for an addition 12 month period if required.
