Quality/Price is 60%/40% The Association wishes to put in place a 5 year painterwork contract to address our current 302 tenemental properties, subject at applicable closes to agreement with owner occupiers within the blocks. The numbers of closes planned per annum are as follows: 2021-22 = 70 2022-23 = 74 2023-24 = 78 2024-25 = 40 2025-26 = 40 Any properties not completed in the year, subject to best endeavors, will form the first phase of works in the following year
