The University of Strathclyde seeks to appoint suitably qualified and experienced (SQEP) recruitment Agencies on a Framework Agreement to fulfil the University's part-time and temporary catering staff needs. Supplier(s) will be called upon as and when required, to support the University's in-house hospitality, refreshment retail and catering department Nourish.

Lot 1
This One Stop Shop Lot will provide a route for the University clients to obtain the full spectrum of resources descriptors listed below. Food/Cuisine Preparation This includes, but will not be limited to the provision of suitably qualified and experienced; - Sous Chef (Deputy Chef) - Chef de Partie (Station Chef) - Commis Chef (Junior Chef) - Kitchen Porter - Escuelerie (Dish Washer) - Goods logistics (drivers and central stores support) Speciality Beverage Resource This includes, but will not be limited to the provision of suitably qualified and experienced; - Barista - Mixologist /Bar Staff Management, Event Co-ordination and Administration This includes, but will not be limited to the provision of suitably qualified and experienced; - Administration support - General Manager - Events Co-ordinator - Front of House Staff - Clerical staff Waiting Staff and Customer Service This includes, but will not be limited to the provision of suitably qualified and experienced; - Bar Staff - Hospitality Server - Waiting Staff
