Summary of the contracting process

Scottish Enterprise is seeking suppliers for the "Managing People for Growth Framework (P22-0023)", an initiative within the services industry aimed at delivering management development programmes across Scotland. The procurement activity is currently in the Award stage, with contracts having been signed on 26th November 2021. The framework will operate via three geographical lots: East of Scotland, West of Scotland, and a third that was not awarded (North East of Scotland). This framework is set to commence in January 2022 and may be extended for one additional year at the buyer's discretion.

This contract presents significant opportunities for businesses, particularly small and medium enterprises (SMEs), to deliver essential management training and development services, fostering organisational growth and employee engagement. Companies with expertise in management training, educational programme development, or workplace innovation would be well-positioned to compete for this framework. Given that the contract encourages engagement across various regions, businesses equipped to operate nationally will have a competitive advantage in this procurement process.
