The works comprise an all inclusive lift servicing and reactive maintenance to the lift installations within low, medium and high rise residential properties.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The Association reserves the right to extend the contract by any period up to a maximum of two additional years.
