Surveys allows us to understand longer term aspirations, as well as areas where Crown Estate Scotland is doing well or could improve. Surveys also lets our tenants and stakeholders know that we are keen to listen to their feedback and respond to it. Reports allow us to establish a baseline for subsequent targets and continual improvement and allows us to monitor performance and opinion over time and to identify any trends emerging. Surveys have been running since 2017 across all tenant groups and with stakeholders. As part of reporting, the contractor will be required to reflect on previous surveys and draw out any useful comparison and trends that may be emerging. Please note that for some tenant groups - Carbon Capture and Storage, seaweed, and ZeroFour tenants - this contract will be the first time they have been surveyed.",
