2023 Cycling World Championships Limited (Cycling Worlds) is a Special Purpose Vehicle which manages the activity required to support Scotland's hosting of the inaugural UCI Cycling World Championships in 2023 (the Championships). Cycling Worlds intends to enter into a co-operation contract with Glasgow City Council in connection with the hosting of the Championships. Glasgow City Council (and its wholly owned subsidiary, Culture and Sport Glasgow) are strategic public sector partners in the bid for and the hosting of the Championships and will co-operate with 2023 Cycling World Championships Limited in the delivery of certain aspects of the organisation, staging and promotion of the Championships. The contract will set out the terms on which Cycling Worlds will co-operate with Glasgow City Council in connection with the organisation and staging of the Championships.
