The project is to re-furbish the existing toilet provision consisting of 2no. girls toilets and 2no. boys toilets. The proposed toilets will be 1no. girls toilet, 1no. boys toilet and enlarged unisex toilet with disabled cubicle. The objective of the proposed works is to replace the existing toilets with toilets fit for use, reports have raised concerns that children are refusing to use them and this causing medical issues. The toilets themselves have issues with noise and temperature, tiles falling from the walls, cubicle doors can be lifted off and the porous flooring is beginning to crack.

Renewal: Includes a 12 month defects period
