Notice Description
HESE are looking to engage with Suppliers who can provide mobile ice-cream services at the following sites, Edinburgh Castle, Stirling Castle and Holyrood Park in Edinburgh. The Suppliers must be able to supply a varied selection of high quality locally sourced products including, but not limited to, dairy ice creams, bottled water, soft drinks including a selection of low sugar alternative options, items that meet specific dietary requirements and a range of confectionary to include locally sourced products such as tablet, macaroon etc suitable for the local tourist market.

Edinburgh Castle
HESE are looking to engage with Suppliers who can provide mobile ice-cream services. The Suppliers must be able to supply a varied selection of high quality locally sourced products including, but not limited to, dairy ice creams, bottled water, soft drinks including a selection of low sugar alternative options, items that meet specific dietary requirements and a range of confectionary to include locally sourced products such as tablet, macaroon etc suitable for the local tourist market. The range of products will be agreed with HESE's Catering Contracts Manager for each site prior to each season commencing. The supplier must ensure sufficient stock at all times.
Renewal: HESE may extend the contract for up to another 24 months following the initial 3 year period, making a total duration of 5 years.
Stirling CastleHESE are looking to engage with Suppliers who can provide mobile ice-cream services. The Suppliers must be able to supply a varied selection of high quality locally sourced products including, but not limited to, dairy ice creams, bottled water, soft drinks including a selection of low sugar alternative options, items that meet specific dietary requirements and a range of confectionary to include locally sourced products such as tablet, macaroon etc suitable for the local tourist market.
