Notice Description
Forth Housing Association is looking to identify multiple qualified trades people-contractors to deliver its day to day repairs and maintenance service to our tenanted properties, including works to void properties. The works involved would require plumbers, electricians, joiners, painters, plasters, builders and labors. The proposed works normally associated with day to day repairs and maintenance and those associated with returning void properties back in to the letting pool. These works will be carried out during normal office hours. Forth Housing Association will provide further details at time of tender. In financial year 2020-21, Forth Housing Association raised 2760 repairs works orders. The value of the works described above, which were carried out in financial year 2020-21, was circa GBP340000. Future work volumes cannot be guaranteed. Forth Housing Association is keen to hear from any interested contractors. We would like to take this opportunity to obtain feedback and marketplace intelligence on our proposed tender.
