River Clyde Homes requires to procure the services of an experienced and competent company to provide a Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Call Handling Service for our tenants housed within our sheltered housing complexes. A detailed specification for the service required is provided at Appendix F. This should be read and fully understood before submitting a tender response. The service must be implemented and operational by 17th January 2022, only companies who can meet this timescale should submit a tender offer.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
Renewal: The contract will run for an initial two year duration. RCH may wish at its sole discretion to extend any resultant agreement for up to a further two twelve month periods subject to the agreement of the successful bidder.

The staff member's core skills, qualifications, accreditations, experience and competency should be provided (Pass / Fail) 4C.6.1 - Bidders will be required to provide details of the relevant educational and professional qualifications held by its managerial staff. (Pass / Fail) 4C.10 - Bidders will be required to provide provide details of the proportion of the contract that you intend to subcontract, list the workstreams that will be sub-contracted, provide details of the sub-contractors you intend to sub-contract these works to, and explain how they've been selected and how they will be managed. A separate SPD (fully completed) for each named subcontractor must be completed and submitted with your response. Although sub-contracting in and of itself will not be a reason for a company to fail the SPD stage, failure to provide the required information in relation to sub-contractors may result in your company being removed from the process.
