Develop existing and create new educational relationships with schools and universities to deliver in person and online events and hosting visits 2. Use the above relationships to feed into curriculums to find out how tech start ups and others in the CodeBase Tech Scaler Network (CTSN) can be connect to them. 3. Connections to promising founders from entrepreneurial courses and clubs to identify ways to assist them as they outgrow university support, e.g. shadowing, interning or formal apprenticeship opportunities. 4. Pursue more programmes such as the Santander internship programmes, with particular focus on those that support under-represented groups and those wishing to reskill into tech. 5. Identify women within the network to act as role models and mentors and visit schools to talk to students about their journey and assist in identifying barriers to women to computer science studies with a view to making changes to further increase interest. 6. Identify partners who can assist with improving the number of companies founded by people with protected characteristics, e.g. working with founders who are part of protected characteristics groups to better understand and work to remove these. The contractor is accredited as a Living Wage Employer and will continue to pay that wage rate through the duration of this contract. (SC Ref:700804)",
