Roof Replacement Contract - 3 Years
Notice Description
Contract involves and 3 year programme of roof replacement works to our social housing stock in Fife. Estimated number are 30 full roof replacements per year and the initial contract is for 3 years, plus the option of two single year extensions. Works to include replacing sarking, batons, liners, roof covering, ridges, verges, rainwater goods. Contract also includes dormer window work, lead work and where applicable the removal of redundant chimney stacks. We may look to ensure collaboration if solar pv is to be installed so experience of either installation or collaborative management advantageous.

Three year initial contract with an option of two single year extensions on agreement if required. 30 roof anticipated per year requiring replacement. Anticipated contract value 650-700k for 3 years
Renewal: 2x 12 month extensions following initial 3 year contract
