Lot Information
Lot 1
Selection of an appropriate organisation who will assist NHS National Services Scotland (NSS) to engage all stakeholders in preparation for potential future implementation of a suite of SaaS products that cover HR, payroll and finance, and integrate with specific systems for rostering and procurement and the wider NHS Scotland technology environment. Specifically, services are required to: - Demonstrate the above vision and bring it to life for stakeholders through the establishment of a temporary model office prototype of financial and workforce management functionality to fully engage all stakeholders in the opportunity that modern software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions can provide. - Assess the scale and nature of the change gap and NHS Scotland/health boards' readiness for change to inform risk assessment and to provide an indication of the extent to which stakeholders are engaged, the change management effort required for any future implementation, and the potential transition/implementation roadmap.
