The procurement is an Open Procedure with a 70/30 price/ quality split. The Procurement will be to establish a contract with a competent servicing contractor to carry out annual and periodic maintenance and reactive repairs to Air Source Heat Pumps (including Exhaust Air,) Solar Thermal & Solar PV systems at properties located throughout Scotland.

Renewal: Caledonia reserve the right to extend the contract for two further years, allowing the contractor to resubmit costs for years 5 & 6.
