Notice Description
A new benefit - SCA (Scottish Carer's Assistance) - is to be delivered by Social Security Scotland. A key requirement of SCA is the delivery of an online-channel for client benefit applications and associated processes. This channel may also be used for other planned or future benefits which require a digital application channel. The online channel solution will require system selection and 3rd party development. The the attached documentation contains high-level requirements for both online-channels. The request is to estimate for the delivery (design, develop, test) of the online-channels.

The proposed procurement seeks information from the market on the delivery of a client interaction portal for a new benefit. Responses to this request will be used to support our delivery strategy. All information provided will be used for analysis and research purposes only. Respondents to this Request for Information (RFI) are asked to provide; feedback on our proposed delivery approach, insight in to resource days and potential community benefit offerings and highlight any risks/ issues.
