Wheatley Group would like a Voice of the Customer program that will help them with the following: -All survey/feedback data in one place so that analysis across the board is easy and accessible, both group wide and in each business unit. -Integration with other software services. -To cover the full rental journey. -Actionable data/insights generated throughout the journey. -Ability to close the loop on mass. -Have real time access to feedback. -Reduce issues residents/customers have becoming formal complaints. -Monitor new services. -Measurement of the performance according to the Wheatley Group performance framework. -Turn negative experiences into positive ones. -To be able to link feedback to specific transactions
