East Renfrewshire Council are seeks to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified contractor to undertake reactive heating works and servicing, in a non-domestic environment, as and when required.

East Renfrewshire Council is seeking to appoint an experienced and suitably qualified contractor to undertake reactive heating works and servicing, in a non-domestic environment, as and when required. In summary the contract includes : Annual Boiler servicing to commercial boilers approximately 240. Annual Gas tightness testing to approximately 45 high schools labs. Annual Service to convector heaters approximately 250. Ad Hoc repair and replacement to the above equipment which make the large proportion of the contract

Options: No guarantees are given to any level of uptake through this contract however it has the Ceiling Value of 1.2 M GBP and ERC reserve the right to spend unto this value including extension periods

Renewal: The period of the contract will be for an initial 2 year period with an option to extend for further 2 years up to 12 months at a time
