Lot 1

To provide a court advice and representation Service for Council tenants facing action for rent arrears. To provide people who have rent arrears at the stage of Court Proceedings and Notice of Proceedings, with advice and information to ensure they are not evicted. Priority will be given to those with court proceedings. The Service Provider will aim to continually improve the Service to achieve best value.

Procurement Information

Section 13 of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 allows for award without seeking offers, but should consider the TFEU fundamental principles where relevant. The Council published a PIN however the only party interested was the incumbent.
