East Lothian Council intends to appoint a supplier to provide grass verge cutting services within East Lothian.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 or 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016. Initial duration of contract is 12 months with option to extend by a further two twelve month periods.

Renewal: The contract may be extended by East Lothian council for a further 2 periods of 1 year.
