The purpose of this ITT is to appoint a single supplier to deliver a Global Health, Pharma and Medtech market intelligence database to Scottish Enterprise. The database must be an 'off-the-shelf' solution, hosted remotely and accessible to end users (Scottish Enterprise staff) via a website. The database will form part of a portfolio of research databases, which will be used by SE staff to develop and deliver services and to support Scottish businesses.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
Renewal: There will be break points in the contract after each 12 month period, allowing for renewal for a further 12 month period with a maximum contract duration of 48 months.
