Lot 1

Selection of a suitable Contractor with recent relevant experience (refer to SPD document) for ground maintenance works to domestic properties. Bidders must achieve 65% for the SPD submission to have their Quality and Price Tender evaluated. Contract will be awarded to a single suitable Contractor following evaluation of the Tender Price and Quality Questionnaire submitted as part of this tender process.

Renewal: One year plus one year optional extension
