Lot Information
Lot 1
Zero Waste Scotland requires technical and specialist support to develop and launch a new training module designed to breakdown and deliver key themes and messages on the circular economy in a manner that supports and facilitates the upskilling and education of a broad cross-section of Scottish Water personnel. This Project is specifically aimed at using training materials as a means to embed consistent language around sustainability and the circular economy across Scottish Water operations, which will help to create buy-in and a solid foundational understanding of sustainability and the circular economy amongst Scottish Water personnel from which they can build. All new materials developed through this Project must be sufficiently detailed to be meaningful to the target audience without being text heavy and must be capable of being adapted by Zero Waste Scotland and / or Scottish Water in future to reflect relevant changes to content with minimal effort and at no additional cost. Further details of the specification of requirements, the award criteria, and the evaluation and award processes are provided in the Additional Documents to this Contract Notice.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
