Innovation Centre Evaluation
Notice Description
Scottish Enterprise is looking to appoint a single supplier to undertake an evaluation of the Innovation Centres (IC) Programme, to Scottish Enterprise, Scottish Funding Council (SCF) and the Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE). The evaluation will consider economic, societal and environmental outcomes and impacts (realised and forecast) over Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the programme for the seven Innovation Centres and will determine how well each IC has delivered on the Phase 2 programme vision, aims and objectives in addition to their own delivery plans. It is envisaged that the contract will commence early August 2022 for a period of 4 months.
