Workspace Management System for SPS Headquarters
Notice Description
SPS is relocating to a new HQ site in October 2022. There is reduced floor space available at the new site and in order to avoid over-occupation of the new office SPS has a requirement for a workspace management system to enable staff to book facilities and make the best use of hybrid working. The system will allow staff to book desks, meeting rooms, lockers and parking spaces from both a mobile app and desktop and will link in with Microsoft Office 365. It requires to be easily accessible by staff, require minimal coordination and provide a range of management information to maximise the benefits to be gained from the system.
