Notice Description
Changeworks has identified that we need to transform our approach to digital to enable us to deliver our strategic aims. We recognise that our current website is not serving us well and will be developing an organisational digital strategy. We require an agency to partner with on this transformation journey that can help establish a new improved website and a new standard for how we develop digital information and services linking with our established organisational systems.

Lot 1
Criteria for selection Changeworks' procurement process scoring allocates 40 marks for price and 60 for quality (experience and expertise, approach, resources). Proposals over 20 pages long will be discounted. Following receipt of proposals, 3-4 agencies that best meet the criteria will be invited to a pitch presentation meeting. To help us select the best partner for this project, please make sure you include the information as outlined in the brief in your proposal.
Renewal: We need ongoing maintenance and hosting support after the website transformation has been completed.
