Notice Description
Registers of Scotland (RoS) are keen to continue to conduct research with its top 100 customers. The aim of the research is to measure satisfaction with the service received.
Procurement Information
As per SG Government Market Research Framework guidelines the provider who is identified as the most advantageous tender can be approached and awarded the Direct Award if the value of the requirement is under 20k. Progressive has been ranked as the lead company on the SG Market Research Framework and the cost to RoS will be GBP 4321.00 before VAT. We have also worked with Progressive recently and were very impressed with their service.
