Notice Description
Since its inception in 2010, SFT's hub Programme has delivered community infrastructure projects across the whole of Scotland on behalf of the local authorities, health boards, blue light services and other public sector bodies. The hub Programme has been at the forefront of delivering construction related community benefits and, over the past three years, SFT's hub Programme Management Office has advanced the measures to determine the socio-economic impact of the projects procured via hub. SFT is now embarking upon the re-procurement of a single vendor to provide the required software, socio-economic impact measures and the associated management support in the continued delivery of the future programme of projects. The service is required for a three-year period with a discretionary option to extend by a further two years (exercisable only by SFT).
