This is a contract award notice for a direct award on the Crown Commercial Service Network Services 2 Framework Lot 6 Mobile Voice and Data Services. It is to supply the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service with mobile voice and data services including handsets, calls, other devices, connections, repair services and shared data. Minimum connection commitment 1,500 connection. Duration of 3 years. Options included for additional devices e.g. dongles, routers and for additional connections and handsets if required as well as flexibility on the shared data (minimum 1TB).
Options: Options include: migration to 5G as it becomes available, ability to increase and decrease connections without penalty subject to the minimum connection commitment, flexibility to increase shared data on a month-by-month basis over 1TB if required, handsets, signal boosters, routers and dongles, in-warranty and out-warranty repairs, inclusive calls and SMS texts, international call rates, roaming and Wi-Fi calling.
