Prepare fully functioning M365 compatible devices with the appropriate assistive technology installed and configured for each user. Support all users through the implementaiton process. Prepare a robust plan for device deployment minimising disruption to assistive technology users. Ensure each user is trained on on any differences to their assistive technology compared to the previous setup. Provide information on replacement peripheral devices.
