The Scottish Government is also seeking the Service Provider to undertake an early screening for Business and Regulatory Impact Assessment and Equality Impact Assessment and early stakeholder engagement on the Scottish Government and Scottish Green Party - Shared Policy Programme - gov.scot (www.gov.scot) (Bute House Agreement) - conditionality in public sector grants - commitment to: - introduce a requirement on public sector grants to pay at least the real Living Wage to all employees, subject to limits on devolved competence. - provide appropriate channels for effective workers' voice, such as trade union recognition.
