The Scottish Government seeks a Service Provider to undertake Impact Assessments (IAs) for the refreshed Fair Work Action Plan and the new ethnicity pay gap strategy which will involve the merger and updating of the following labour market action plans: - Fair Work Action Plan - A fairer Scotland for women: gender pay gap action plan - A Fairer Scotland for Disabled People: employment action plan - gov.scot (www.gov.scot) It will also incorporate actions flowing from the ethnicity pay gap strategy. The Scottish Government is also seeking the Service Provider to undertake an early screening for Business and Regulatory Impact Assessment and Equality Impact Assessment and early stakeholder engagement on the Scottish Government and Scottish Green Party - Shared Policy Programme - gov.scot (www.gov.scot) (Bute House Agreement) - conditionality in public sector grants - commitment to: - introduce a requirement on public sector grants to pay at least the real Living Wage to all employees, subject to limits on devolved competence. - provide appropriate channels for effective workers' voice, such as trade union recognition.
