This is part of a programme of work forming part of The University's and The Data Lab's commitment to deliver Scotland's AI Strategy in partnership with the Scottish Government. The programme of work is a collaboration between the Scottish AI Alliance team at The Data Lab, The Alan Turing Institute and the Children's Parliament. The Children's Parliament will lead on a programme of engagement activity with children across Scotland, the outputs of which will be included in a report that will contribute to the Scottish Government's AI Strategy programme.
Procurement Information
The chosen service provider is Scotland's Centre for Excellence for right's based children's participation and engagement. As such they are uniquely placed to engage with children from early years to middle childhood. They have already been contracted by the Turing Institute to carry out what will form phase 1 of the project using Scottish Government funding via The Data Lab - the results of this engagement will be required to inform this project / report, further requiring this work to be carried out by this service provider.
