Notice Description

HIE requires a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide tailored support services and expert coaching on pitching to organisations from the Highlands and Islands who have applied to the Scottish EDGE competition for Rounds 21 to 26 commencing in January 2023 and ending with the final round 25 in December 2026.

Lot 1

It is expected that these services will be required for an initial period of 3 years, unless terminated in accordance with the provision of the agreement, with HIE having the option to extend for a period not exceeding 1 year following the initial term. The 3 year budget currently available to deliver this service is between GBP 80k and GBP 97.2k (excluding VAT). Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.

Renewal: It is expected that these services will be required for an initial period of 3 years, unless terminated with the provisions of the agreement, with HIE having the option to extend for a period not exceeding 1 year following the initial term.
